Holiday Week

December 1st, 2009

Hi Everyone,

So mom finally finished at midnight last night so now we are both exhausted! She forgot to tell me that this month is spend editing so she is probably going to try and hog the computer again. Frustrating!!

Anyways… so last week a lot of things happened. First my auntie Kay came home and both me and my mom were  so excited to see her. I kept licking her face and she was totally cool about it.  She drove here all the way from Ohio. My mom  said that is a very long drive and I would probably get sick. I hope she didn’t get sick!

My roommate even hung out and I met her mother Marge! She was so nice and played with me before they had to leave. My auntie slept over the night my roommate was home in South Hadley.  Now my other two aunts Haesther and Monica did not come home this year for Thanksgiving and I was bummed because I wanted to meet them. Aunt Haesther’s moms dog Anna Nicole is my friend and Aunt Monica’s dog Mason is my friend as well. I was hoping to hang out with them but my mom said we will another time. I knew my mom would be going out and I was okay with it because she does try to stay home as much as she can with me. But my mom and my Auntie Kay freaked out the night before Thanksgiving  when they were still getting ready to go out. I had no clue what was going on but then my mom told my auntie that Haesther had just called to say she was engaged! Congrats Auntie Hess!

My friend Kris and his girlfriend gave birth to their beautiful baby girl Ryan Wade Feener last week also. So many exciting things happened. The most exciting thing that happened to me was I got to have turkey with my mom and grandfather. I loved it. I wish I could have it every day!!!

Did you all have a good holiday week?

xoxo

November 1st, 2009

Sorry for not writing the past few days but I have been getting settled back at home as well as being on the lookout for any signs of my mom going away again. She sure did trick me last time! Gotta stay on my paws!

Last night was Halloween and my roommate and mom took me out to see all the kids. My mom attempted to make an old Halloween banner from her party last year into a bandanna for me but I was not having it! Please don’t tie things around my neck, I barked at her. So my roommate and my mom decided to make me wear this way too small Red Sox jacket! They told me everyone would be wearing costumes and I guess they had decided this was my costume. Oh Tan Man you look so cute, they kept saying.

What I wanted to know was why aren’t they wearing costumes? I was not happy with this whole costume thing and once we got outside they FINALLY noticed just how small the jacket really was on me. I couldn’t even walk in it. Luckily they took me out of it (it took both of them to get me out of this jacket) and I was able to run/walk/prance again. It was fun and a little scary. I wanted to go and get food at all the houses but my mom told me it wasn’t for dogs only kids. Why not? Can’t they also give out dog food?

When we got home I was a little nervous that they my go out but so far I had seen no signs to make me worry. They both put on pajamas and sat on the couch. Now I knew I was golden… they were staying in! I was so happy! We all hung out, ate food, and watched movies! It was a great night!

Please send me any pictures of you in your costume or your friends costumes! Can’t wait to see them….

xoxo
